Creating an extraordinary business

What if the key to creating an extraordinary business is not about goal setting, mission optimization, or high pressure sales tactics, but is actually about harnessing the power of Consciousness to create, construct and expand your business.

Businesses tend to misidentify and misapply that to be successful they have to do hard work. They pit their energy against the universe and they use force and effort to make things happen. They operate with a fixed point of view step by step linear construct.

Fixed points of view and linear constructs box the business in and limit its potential. It limits how much the business can receive. If the business operates based on a fixed point of view on anything, it automatically denies the infinite possibilities that there are better and more expansive things available.

With a fixed point of view, leaders of the business can’t see anything that doesn’t match that fixed point of view, position, policy or procedure of the business. When opportunities present themselves in ways that do not match the fixed "business model", leaders are not be able to perceive and receive that opportunity and often work against it or keep away from it totally. Once the business operates based on a fixed model and has a fixed plan, they then have created a box to self limit what is possible, and they and others have to align and agree, or resist and react. Therein lies much stress and misunderstanding.

What would it be like if you chose to create your business from awareness, not a model, from receiving everything, not a fixed point of view on anything. What are the infinite possibilities this could create great ease and joy in your life?

What would it take to embody and be the greatness of you?

What is the greatness of you? What would it take to embody and be the greatness of who you truly are?

These are the key questions we are asked over and over again when we facilitate workshops around the world. It is amazing that such a simple phrase can generate a lot of perplexity and puzzlement for people. Some people look at us as if we talked to them in an alien language when we ask them “Would you be willing to claim, own and acknowledge the greatness of you?”

I have just watched this video of Paul Pott on 'YouTube'. Paul is a mobile phone salesman aspiring to be an opera singer. This video demonstated what it is like when someone chooses to embody and be the greatness of who they truly are.  Paul has truly affirmed to me that .....  when we are truly being us, we do not define ourselves as a limited perspective of this reality. What part of your reality would you have to be willing to change today in order to embody and be the greatness of you?

• Would you be willing to let go of self doubt, fear, or concerns such as the concern for what others may say about you?



• Would you be willing to be out of control, out of definition, out of limitation, out of form, structure, significance, out of linearity and out of concentricity?



• Would you be willing to stand out from the crowd and to be so different from everyone else?



• Would you be willing to relate to life in spontaneous interaction with the energy of the moment, without thought, without intention, without reference point, without desire, and without consideration of the next moment ?

Set yourself free from your doubts and judgments

We have just returned from our 'Extraordinary Business Extraordinary life' global workshop tour. It was awesome to see so many people being inspired to take charge of their life and choose to live on the creative edge. Many participants reported that they are beginning to perceive infinite opportunities in unusual places. This is an exciting and uplifting experience for many people since they are able to perceive and receive new opportunities more than they ever imagined before. While this is a thrilling experience, it also has brought up huge implanted fears and self doubts for many people. Some people began to worry about not knowing what to do next and they started judging their ability to make it happen …. many thought that they don’t have the experience and qualifications for the job …… that they lacked the qualities needed to execute the required tasks. The greatest apprehension was …… they didn’t have a clarity about what would happen, they did not feel in control or they didn't know what was the next step that they should take.

Many people put up a barrier and stop themselves from perceiving and receiving new opportunities because of the implanted self doubt and judgment that it is not possible for them to claim and have that new opportunity. Would you be willing to perceive and receive that all of your doubts and judgments are the limitations of this polarized reality that you have bought as real and true? What if that is not the truth of you? What if the truth of you is something completely different, and all you have to do is being willing to perceive, know, be and receive that it is possible?

Can you imagine what would happen to Thomas Edison’s life and career if he had bought into the same apprehension about his work as an inventor? Do you know that Thomas Edison failed nine hundred ninety nine times before he invented the first commercially practical incandescent light.. He accomplished it on the 1000th trial!  He frequently was asked how he managed to continue working on the project in spite of failing all those times. He responded: "Whenever it didn't work, I would never say that I failed. I just say that I've found another incorrect way to make the lamp".

So, would you be willing to perceive and acknowledge that anyone can achieve anything that they choose to create and generate, given that they are willing to perceive and know that it is possible?

Ask yourself this question: What have you decided that is absolutely not possible that if you truly perceive that it is possible, and that if you would allow it, would change all reality?

Creating your life without using force and effort!

I’d like to share one of the things that has made a big difference in my life. This one thing has allowed all of life to come to me with ease and joy. I am talking about learning to follow the energy, rather than using control, force, and effort as a way of making things occur in my life.

Most people misidentify and misapply that to get what they want in life they have to put a lot of effort into doing something. I used to be one of these people! I used to accept as true that the doing is what makes things occur and that I must control everything to make my life happen. This erroneous point of view caused me to be preoccupied with doing instead of being. My life changed the day that I let go of the need to control and the belief that ‘doing’ is what makes things come about. From that insight, I began to follow energy rather than trying to push it.

So, are you being preoccupied with doing and trying to force your life to happen? Do you believe that nothing will be accomplished unless you are actually doing something? If you are so busy doing and controlling everything, how much does that limit what you can create?

Can you imagine what it would be like to create your life from receiving and without using force and effort? Would you be willing to create your life by following the energy? Following  the  energy  is  about  being  willing  to  receive  all the  information  that  is available. It is about being open to what the universe is sharing with us. Following the energy involves asking questions so that the universe has an avenue for responding.  The  universe  is  an  unlimited  place  with  unlimited  possibilities.  It will provide unlimited opportunities and possibilities if we will ask it questions and be the question ourself.

The Power of Prosperity Consciousness!

Prosperity is our birthright. “Prosperity Consciousness” is our intrinsic inner resource; however, for most people it has been concealed and undeveloped. Prosperity means different things to different people. For one person, it could mean a successful career with a colossal pay package. For another it could mean owning property and having a hefty bank account. Still another might see it as being influential and celebrated. Someone else may see prosperity as the freedom to travel extensively. What if 'Prosperity consciousness' is not about possessions and money? What if it is about exuberant expression of life, abundance in all things, and the joy of being?

When you think about prosperity, what are your first thoughts?

In working with countless successful entrepreneurs, business leaders and chief executives as an adviser, facilitator and researcher in the area of conscious business and conscious leadership, we have discovered that an increased prosperity consciousness level in people can have an electrifying and magnetising effect on themselves, on others and on their business. 

Our work and our curiosity led us to investigate what it takes for some leaders to be exceptionally prosperous while others seem to be doing poorly and inadequately. What makes a person stand out as a true leader, one who has magnetism and charisma, who is influential yet takes into account all points of view, who is able to ask questions or find solutions that have eluded everyone else, who forges incredibly strong and long lasting strategic visions and accomplishment?

From our investigations, we discovered that these prosperous people are truly on intimate terms with unbounded prosperity.  It is apparent that, by being on intimate terms with prosperity, they can create it anywhere.  They are not limited by circumstances, education, background, gender or status.  They do not have to find the right job, car, partner or house to have a great existence – they can draw out the best in everything and in any situation.

The one underlying factor in these people is that they choose to embrace infinite possibilities: they are truly aware of what is happening around them, they consciously choose whatever they do, they are willing to perceive and receive everything without judgment, and they are able to function in the simultaneity of past, present and future without fixating on any one aspect of time. We discovered that when people embrace prosperity consciousness, those around them also share the rewards.
